- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, returns outside this window cannot be processed.
2. Shipping Costs
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If your item is broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll guide you through the return process and cover the shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping fees.
4. Change of Mind Returns
- If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the unused and unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll refund the purchase price minus any shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Once your returned item is inspected and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@stellarwellnesshub.com for assistance.
Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the return. Our team will inform you if this applies to your case.
