What if my product arrives damaged?
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including to the box, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt. If you suspect damage but are unable to open the package at the time of delivery, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.
In the event your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the affected item(s) and email them to support@stellarwellnesshub.com. Our team will promptly process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day, to resolve the issue swiftly.
