1. How long will it take for my order to ship, and when will I receive it?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. In some cases, shipping may occur the same day, depending on order processing and availability. Delivery generally takes 4–7 business days. 4. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order for a 100% refund if it has not yet shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@stellarwellnesshub.com. Once the order has shipped, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
5. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If there is visible damage (even to the box), note it on the delivery receipt. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package immediately, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. For damaged items, send photos to support@stellarwellnesshub.com, and we will arrange a replacement or compensation promptly.

7. How do I know when my order will ship?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your payment and shipping details. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or phone within one business day.
8. Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?
Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. We recommend printing or saving this email for your records. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid missing important updates.
9. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to Kentucky, where Stellar Wellness Hub is located. This policy allows us to save customers outside of Illinois money on their purchases.
10. Can I change my order?
