Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@stellarwellnesshub.com. Once your request is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind): You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Return Method
We only accept returns shipped by mail.

Return Label
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll email you a return label to download and print.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at support@stellarwellnesshub.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your item for the same one, email us at support@stellarwellnesshub.com.
